More About Us
Many people are familiar with St John's from the outside as a landmark in Sandbach Heath; the pretty setting of the church on the edge of Sandbach. Our sister church St Philip’s is a small but distinctive designed building situated next to the Trent and Mersey Canal in the village of Hassall Green. We hope that this website will give you a little insight into St John's and St Philip’s on the inside: the people, worship, prayer, work and friendships that make up the life of a church.
St John's has served the community here for over 100 years and we still aim to be a missional, sacred and spiritual space in the heart of Sandbach Heath, open to all. We also work closely with our sister church St Philip’s in our ministry to both parishes.
